Influence of Application Forms of Alginite on Phytomass Formation, Bioactive Contents and Antioxidant Activity of Extracts from Plants Rosmarinus officinalis L.

In this study, we compared the effect of soil-climatic factors and application forms alginite on weight vegetable drug, total content polyphenols, flavonoids, phenolic acids, antioxidant activity extracts from Rosmarinus officinalis L. The experiment was based a site in Tornal (SR), 2020. plot divided into three equal (1m2) parts (variants), which 9 plants were planted applied two forms. On variant (V1) incorporated powder form, (V2) form top dressing (1:10) control (VK) without application. When plant evaluated, highest increase (508.8 g) observed (V1), followed by (469.6 lowest value (251.2 (VK). amount flavonoids expressed as quercetin equivalent (QE) determined acetone samples 0.3225 mg QE.100g-1 DW. extract drug to be 0.2922 DW 0.2235 aqueous samples, polyphenol converted caffeic acid (CAE) per 100 g dry (27.69 CAE.100g-1 DW), (26.13 DW) it 16.42 ethanolic dried (34.61 > (33.41 (29.32 DW). methanol variants V1, V2, VK % inhibition DPPH radical. percentage (37.76%) (30.77%) (15.38%). results showed that significantly affects growth, increases activity, is crucial terms production medicinal plants, well their pharmaceutical uses.
